During the identification procedure:
a) taken into account:
  • production equipment, materials and raw materials used by employees at the workplace and being sources of harmful and (or) hazardous production factors, including factors, in the presence of which, in cases established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, mandatory preliminary (upon employment) and periodic (during employment) medical examinations of employees are conducted;
  • results of previously conducted studies (tests) and measurements of harmful and (or) hazardous production factors at these workplaces;
  • cases of industrial injuries and/or occupational diseases arising from exposure of an employee at their workplace to harmful and/or hazardous production factors;
  • proposals submitted by the special assessment of working conditions commission from employees regarding the identification of potentially harmful and/or hazardous production factors at their workplaces*;
  • results obtained during the in-house production control of working conditions carried out at workplaces in the established manner (if available);
  • results obtained during the federal state sanitary and epidemiological control (supervision).
b) studied:

  • operational and other documentation for the equipment used (machines, mechanisms, tools, and devices) by employees at the workplace;
  • technological processes implemented by employees engaged in workplaces subject to special assessment of working conditions;
  • job and technological instructions for work production, technological maps, and other documents regulating the performance of employees' labor duties;
  • information and data about workplaces provided by the Commission for the Special Assessment of Working Conditions.
Note:

  • *- If the commission for conducting a special assessment of working conditions does not submit proposals from employees for the identification of potentially harmful and (or) hazardous production factors at their workplaces and (or) there are no such proposals, these proposals are not taken into account when carrying out identification measures.
